P.C. OBI & CO. is a firm of Legal Practitioners and Notaries Public based in Lagos Nigeria. Its head office is at Providence House, 37, Norman Williams Street, South-West Ikoyi, Lagos, with offices at 1/15 Dockyard Road, Apapa, Lagos and Plot 506 Durban Close, off Durban Street, Wuse ll, Abuja. The firm was founded in 1993 by its principal partner; Chief Paul C. Obi (KSC) a legal practitioner with Thirty-Four years of cognate experience. It has Eight Lawyers working in the Chambers and is into Commercial/Maritime Practice, Criminal and Civil Litigation with specialization in Oil and Gas Law and Practice. The firm also has several retired judges who are retained as consultants for effective representation.

The firm handles Civil and Criminal cases at the Magistrate Courts, Federal and State High Courts and other superior Courts of Record. It also handles Civil and Criminal Appeals at the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. - Rendering Legal advisory/secretarial services to Amalgamated Oil Company Ltd and Oil & Gas Nig. Ltd in the acquisition of their OPLs 452 and 249 and their conversions to OML 146 and OML 140 respectively.
- Rendering Legal / Advisory Services to Oil India and India Oil Corporation (IOC) with its Nigeria Partners in the 2005 Oil and Gas (Deep Water Acreage) Licensing round orchestrated by Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) and the Federal Government of Nigeria [FGN].
- Rendering Legal and Consultancy Services to NIPCO PLC in its acquisition of Exxon Mobil’s interest in Mobil Nig. PLC (now 11 PLC).
- Rendering legal advisory services in the acquisition of Capital Hotels Plc (Sheraton Hotels Abuja) by 22 Hospitality Ltd, a subsidiary of NIPCO PLC.
- Rendered Legal Services in the restoration of the Licenses of Oil & Gas Nig. Ltd, Heritage Oil & Gas Company (Nig.) Ltd and DAJO Oil Ltd.’s OPLs upon their revocation by the Federal Government of Nigeria [FGN] in 1999.
