- Rendering Legal and Consultancy Services to NIPCO PLC in its acquisition of Exxon Mobil’s interest in Mobil Nig. PLC (now 11 PLC).
- Rendering legal advisory services in the acquisition of Capital Hotels Plc (Sheraton Hotels Abuja) by 22 Hospitality Ltd, a subsidiary of NIPCO PLC.
- Rendered Legal Services in the restoration of the Licenses of Oil & Gas Nig. Ltd, Heritage Oil & Gas Company (Nig.)
