Chairman
Salome is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Heritage Oil & Gas Company (Nig.) Limited. She is an alumni of University of Ibadan, with a B.A. (Hons) degree in English and a Master of Arts degree from the same University. She devoted over 10 years of her career to academics, working at various periods at the Women’s Teachers College Kano, the Centre for Cultural Studies Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, the College of Science and Technology Kaduna Polytechnic, Federal University Minna and the Centre for Cultural Studies University Lagos, to mention but a few. She subsequently proceeded to the University of Port Harcourt for an M.Phil./PhD
program. In 1989 Salome retired from Academia and established Suffy Travels Limited, a tour operation company based in Lagos which organizes curated private luxury tours to various parts of the world, including pilgrimage to the holy land and to different sites in Europe and America.
She is a member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry and currently serves as Chairman of Hotels and Tourism sectorial group of the Chamber. She is a committed Humanitarian, serving humanity through her church and the Rotary Club of Lekki Phase 1. She currently sits on the Board of several corporate bodies in Nigeria. When not working, Salome spends her spare time reading, cooking and traveling. She is blessed with three children and grandchildren.
